Description	The Planning and Design Code (P&D Code) Variations are areas within a zone where there is necessary and appropriate local variations to technical or numeric requirements of the Code's parameters, or recognise unique character attributes in the P&D Code under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (PDI Act 2016). P&D Code Variations represent the spatial boundaries that provide additional guidance for development on 'what' can happen in an area.
Dataset Use	The P&D Code Variations are used to determine the additional local variations to technical or numeric requirements that apply to a development at a given location. The policies in the 'parent' zone will still apply except where varied through the application of any additional policies introduced by the variations, provided it does not conflict with the Desired Outcome(s) of the zone.
