Description	The Development Activity Tracker (DAT) is a 3D representation of major development activity in the City of Adelaide, designated urban corridor zones and other strategic infill areas in Metropolitan Adelaide such as Bowden, Glenelg, Tonsley, West Lakes and Port Adelaide. Each project is graphically represented by a footprint of the proposed development extruded to the proposed height. This is a simplified representation of complex built forms to give a general appreciation of the height and scale of the development.
Dataset Use	To provide the public with an interactive mapping tool showing new developments approved, under construction and recently constructed across the city, corridors and strategic infill areas in Metropolitan Adelaide on the PlanSA Portal.
